On March 31, 2009 the EPA filed an MTE (Motion to Enter) the final amendment to the Consent Decree which governs Bloomington Superfund sites. (Here is the EPA Summary of the Consent Decree from 1994, and the full text from 1985.) After many years of testing and negotiating, EPA proposed a Consent Decree Amendment in February of 2008, the full 836 page document is here.

The Brief (a 40 page PDF) has a concise history of the court's actions in the case, outlines the remedies selected for Lemon Lane, Neal's Landfill, and Bennett's Dump, and specifies the damages to be paid by CBS.
