Proposed Lemon Lane Excavation.

Lemon Lane:
This site, which had over 1,100,000 pounds of PCBs dumped at it during the 20 years of operation as a municipal landfill, is expected to have a hot spot or area cleanup. Approximately 46,000 cubic yards of the estimated 650,000 cubic yards of material will be excavated. On July 8, 1999, CBS filed a status report to the Judge which detailed their objections to the water treatment plant being built by the EPA at ICC Springs.
