Winston-Thomas Sewage Treatment Plant

The Final Report for Winston-Thomas Sewage Treatment Plant was approved in April of 1999. Even so, EPA felt that additional monitoring was required. In May, 2002, Viacom submitted its Long-Term Groundwater Monitoring Plan, and it is now being implemented, testing for PCBs in local wells and springs.
